IQ System blue plastic Piece

Specific interior modification information for Holden Commodore VE and VEII Series Commodores, and HSV E1, E2, and E3 models

Postby JensKP » Wed May 07, 2014 12:56 am

I just received a IQ system to do a swap in my G8 and a little blue piece came out of the radio. Does anyone know what it is, if it is even to the IQ and/or if this is a problem?

Just the blue piece the other parts were from trim pieces.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi there,

I have never seen that blue thing in any IQ unit that I have pulled apart before ?
Not sure what on earth that thing could be (from), but it certainly isnt from an IQ unit if it helps ?

The blue clip looks to be a locking clip of some connector plugs. Maybe from another vehicle. Cheers
I just looked at a vn-vp ecu harness & it has similar clips & same colour. I am sure I have seen them on a connector before. Maybe a holden/opel Astra.

Thank you for the reply zerone and silversv6. Now that you say that it does look like a harness clip.
