Series 1 IQ repair

Hey have an IQ with nav installed in my series 1. It has satnav just doesnt work. Itll have me in another state or other countries even after it takes half hour or so to get a good signal. Ive called a few local auto electricians but they have no idea about it.
Does anyone know if theres anyone in sydney who can take a look at it?
