Wow.....
This page shows a bit more information on the P0056 Error Code..
dtc-holden-commodore-ve-p0056-d1599m19.html

There are two HEGO sensors fitted to each side (LHS pair and RHS pair) of the engine.
(One is before the Cat, and the other is after the Cat).

It looks like out of the 4 that you have, only 1 is possibly working / connected.
I would jacking up the car and checking the wiring connectors for these things, to make sure they still exist,
and are connected to their respective HEGO sensor.

This image shows the HEGO sensors fitted after the Cats.
14647

There will be 2 others, one fitted to the LHS header/extractor, and the other to the RHS header/extractor.

If these are connected, then it may be possible that when the wires were ripped out, they may have shorted and damaged the ECM.
(Engine Computer), which probably wont be cheap (or easy) to replace...

I checked both, and they are both connected, how can I find out if it has damaged the Ecu?

Did you check all four, or just the "BOTH" that you could see ?

Both rear o2 sensors are stuffed. If you are getting a tune on the car just turn them off. They are just a sanity check for emissions to make sure the cats are ADR compliant and not flowing too well. They have no effect on the fueling at all.

They are new tho haha :s has to be something wrong with the wiring? U sure it has nothing to do with the fuel because sometimes I get high fuel usage when I drive good lol. (not heavy footed) can get up to 16L /100km

When it comes to tuning these things, or ANYTHING ECU/ECM related, you can pretty much say Jezzab is a god with these things, and there are very few people on this earth that would know more about this stuff (especially G.M.) than him.

I would have to agree with Jezzab here, get yourself a GOOD tune, and get these cat back HEGOs turned off in the tune and be done with it.
