Diagnostic Trouble Code Description:
Heated Exhaust Gas Oxygen Sensor 2 (HO2S) (bank 2-V8) circuit low input.
DTC P0151 is reported whenever the HO2S generates a low voltage, resulting in a circuit low input to the PCM.
Possible Sensor Faults
Contaminated HO2S sensor, damaged sensor
Possible Wiring Faults
HO2S signal shorted to Signal Return (SIGRTN) or ground, water or moisture in harness connectors
Possible Module Faults
Faulty or damaged PCM
